A Southern Spirit

Clear price tags mark items at A Southern Spirit's estate sales. The Atlanta business specializes in personal property and estate liquidation, serving shoppers as well as executors and families managing a transition. Before a sale, it assesses, organizes, prices, and merchandises inventory, and offers consulting to help determine how to handle items that may be better donated or discarded. Significant property is barcode-labeled and tracked in a database for detailed accounting. The company also provides property clean-outs, from trash removal to a broom-clean condition, after or instead of an estate sale. For selected items, it offers consignment or helps arrange placement with auctions and other consigners. Delivery can be coordinated through local providers.
