About Sioux Honey Association
A beekeeper-owned honey cooperative. Sioux Honey Association Co-op produces and sells SUE BEE® honey and related products. Its offerings include pure clover honey, sea salt honey, flavored honey infusions, and honey barbecue sauces. The cooperative began in 1921 with five beekeepers near Sioux City, Iowa, and has grown to more than 150 beekeepers nationwide. Honey comes from U.S. beekeepers and is tested by batch for attributes including color, moisture, purity, and pollen. The association also identifies each honey batch by its cooperative member, floral source, and geographic location. Products are available through retail stores.
