Established in 1952, Chavez Concrete Contractors operates two laser screeds for high-spec flat-floor work and large concrete placements. The Albuquerque-based company is a turnkey concrete contractor serving surrounding areas across New Mexico, with commercial, site work, and structural concrete capabilities. It self-performs site work and structural concrete scopes, including stamped concrete, site wall footings, concrete rundowns, and valley gutters. For larger projects, Chavez operates a curb machine and a PowerCurber slipform machine for curb and gutter work. Its sister company, Chavez Concrete Pumping, provides access to 12 concrete pumps and a Telebelt. The company also uses layout and survey equipment, 3D profiling software, and more than 10,000 square feet of Symons forms. Its work includes high-volume placements on accelerated schedules.
