Virtual visits
Consult with a provider from home by video.
Virtual medical consultations let patients meet with a provider from home using a smart device or computer. Canna Connection also offers in-office appointments in Albuquerque for those who prefer an in-person visit. Applications for medical cannabis cards must be started by a Canna Connection provider and completed through the New Mexico Department of Health patient portal. The business provides free support for creating and using that portal. Physical medical card prints are available for a fee for patients who prefer a printed card. The Department of Health no longer issues physical IDs or accepts paper applications; patient applications and cards are available through the portal.
